Please include your account email and a short description of what you're seeing. Screenshots or videos help a lot.
From the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter the email associated with your account. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Be sure to open the link on the same phone where Voya is installed.
Make sure you tap the link on the device where Voya is installed. If the link still doesn't redirect, restart the app and try the link once more, or request a new reset email.
Check your spam or promotions folder. If it's not there, request another email after at least 60 seconds. Some inbox providers occasionally delay delivery.
Open the app, go to Settings → Account Management → Delete Account. This permanently removes your reviews, photos, follows, comments, and profile data. Account deletion cannot be undone.
Open the user's profile and tap the three-dot menu, then choose Report. We review every report and take action on content that violates our Terms of Use.
Open their profile, tap the three-dot menu, and choose Block. Blocked users cannot see your content or interact with you. You can manage your blocked list under Settings → Account Management → Blocked Accounts.
Settings → Privacy → toggle Private Account on. Existing followers stay; new followers will need to send a request before they can see your content.
