1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Voya ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Voya is a social travel platform that allows users to discover cities, share reviews, rate locations, upload photos, and connect with other travelers. The App provides features including but not limited to:

• Creating, editing, and sharing city reviews
• Rating cities across features (price, accessibility, food, nightlife, accommodation, safety)
• Planning future trips with destinations, dates, and accommodations
• Inviting companions to shared trips and managing travel plans together
• Following other users and viewing their travel activity
• Saving cities to a personal bucket list
• Commenting and interacting with other users' content
• Exploring a global city map and tracking visited destinations

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you post (reviews, photos, comments). By posting content, you grant Voya a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

You are solely responsible for all content you upload or post. You agree not to post content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Violates any third-party rights, including copyright or privacy
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or content that discriminates based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Includes nudity, sexually explicit material, or graphic violence
• Threatens, intimidates, or encourages harm to any person or group
• Includes spam, malware, or malicious code
• Violates any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations

Voya reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

5. Content Moderation & Reporting

We rely on our community to help keep Voya safe. If you encounter content that you believe violates these Terms, please report it through the in-app reporting tools. We review all reports and will take appropriate action, which may include removing content, suspending accounts, or reporting to law enforcement where required by law.

While we make reasonable efforts to moderate content, Voya does not pre-screen user-generated content and cannot guarantee that all content on the platform meets our standards at all times. We are not liable for content posted by users.

6. Community Guidelines

Voya is a community built on authentic travel experiences. We expect users to:

• Share honest and genuine reviews based on real experiences
• Treat other users with respect
• Avoid manipulating ratings or reviews
• Report inappropriate content or behaviour promptly
• Not impersonate other users or public figures

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Use, post prohibited content, or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users, the platform, or the public. You may also delete your own account at any time through Account Management in Settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Voya does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of user-generated content, including reviews, ratings, or photos. Reviews reflect the personal opinions of individual users and should not be taken as professional advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, reliance on user-generated content, or exposure to content posted by other users. Voya is not responsible for the actions or content of its users.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
